Anna “Soupz” Gilmer was born in a large tree after a supermassive white dwarf supernova star collapsed and expanded and heated up and exploded in a burst of light. Remnants of the star can be viewed today at the Mukanda Museum of Natural History in Saratoga Springs, NY.
